My contribution to Thanksgiving is done, after like a weeks worth of planning. I am pleased how it came out. I am going to watch some Craig Ferguson and then get some gas for tomorrow. I am pretty excited with my itinerary. ^_^

Today, I feel like the cat lady training wheels have come off seeing as the kittehs are insisting on being around me and not in their normal habitats. This "morning" when I finally got to sleep there was some sort of cat politics to decide on the spot that they would occupy around me. Luna and the little one by my feet. Merriweather on/by butt and Smudge aka Chewy on my shoulder. It was uncomfortable but I somehow managed. I wake up and they are still their, mad that I have moved since I have achieved consciousness. After I have tidied up and sit down for a break, I am now surrounded again, by cats that are not "my own." Chewy is on the end of the couch on the other side of covers. Luna is on my feet sleeping on my while her little one flinches in its sleep, tickling/scratching my side. Merriweather is pissed and hiding awaiting her revenge.
Le sigh.

I feel like I haven't gotten very far from this "morning" - I want toast. Or sustenance. I just haven't got that far. I had some soda and congestion relief medicine but actual food has eluded me. I have proven to Luna that I can in fact sleep and not crush her and her son. Luna has gotten into her head that being in my room with her baby is a good idea. Merriweather is convinced otherwise but still gives Luna and "Lucian -not Logan that is preposterous name"kitten space. I think I agree with Merriweather because they both have probably become some sort of vectors for disease. Anyway, Got light headed (you all know how I feel about that feeling) and promptly fell to unconsciousness to fix that problem. It didn't work out so well. And now my ears hear my father listening to Nascar. I hate how the commentators try to convince the public that watching cars looping around a closed track at high speeds is not idiotic.
Any way, Esod 2 just gave me something better than toast. She gave me Krispy Kreme donuts. :D

You can call me an infected. For many many years the flu has not been able to touch me. Seriously, the last time I remember having the flu when I was like 7. I have had plenty of sinus infections but no flu. No longer. On this date I have tested positive for the swine flu. If I am to have one, let it be the mach daddy of the flu for I will never be this wretched feeling again. AGAIN!

Been in bed sick with fever, hot and cold coughing and body aches. Merriweather was the only thing that could keep me warm.
Hopefully, tomorrow i will be feeling better. Also tylenol cold is some good stuff.

Just finished reading two books this "weekend." One book I read was Trick of Light by Rob Thurman. It made me happy and is definitely available for the borrowing for indoctrination frugal peoples I know. The other was Tempest Rising by Nicole Peeler.
Trick of Light played to my love of snarky characters, trickery, and wanton destruction of property and people. Tempest Rising is an urban fantasy that rang more true to a romance novel a la The Undead and Unwed by Janice Davidson.
Luna has been placing her wee one all over the place. Esod 3 found it in a tarp bad that I keep my other reuseable bags in. I think the wee one looks like a Lycan from Underworld and that we should name it Lucian.

Luna is weird. She brought the wee thing back into dad's room this morning.
Supernatural ep had me laughing in very high pitched tones. It was totally made of win.
Also of note, these same high pitched tones make my cat want to attack me. Thank goodness Merriweather is hiding in fright from the wee thing.

I am not entirely confident in Luna (esod 3's cat) mothering instincts. She lets esod 3 hold her and touch her baby. She just brought up her 4 day old baby to the stairs through multiple child proof gates in her mouth. Umm... yea. Disturbed. More disturbing still, esod 3 described being Luna's mother. I am scared.

After a long week of human suck, whether unintentional or not, I really looked forward to the Halloween Party. I tried boozahol in real earnest. Um. Yea boozahol is not for me. It truly gets me light headed and woosey and sleepy. I don't like that feeling. >:( Other than that Halloweening party was awesometastic. :)
